Do you engrave metals?
Yes, we can engrave metals such as steel (stainless, tungsten, or tool), aluminum, brass, copper, silver, and gold.
Do you engrave jewelry?
Yes, we engrave various jewelry products including but not limited to rings, bracelets, necklaces, charms, and more. However, ring engravings are only engraved on the inside of the ring.
Do you engrave wood?
Yes, we can laser engrave different wood items with various content.
Do you engrave coins?
Yes, we engrave coins of various metals.
Do you engrave knives?
Yes, we can engrave various knives of different sizes.
Do you make stamps? We engrave steel stamps and heat brands?
Yes, we can make and engrave steel stamps and heat brands however; we do not make rubber stamps.
How long does it take to get something engraved?
Our normal turnaround time to complete an order is between 3-5 business days but that depends on our current workload. Sometimes we can complete orders on the same day as they come in but again it is depends on the item, our current workload, and your timetable for needing the completed order. Large quantity orders should expect a few extra days to complete depending on the item.
When can I drop off or pick up items?
You can drop off or pick up items from 8am-5pm (need accurate hours) Monday through Friday at our shop which is located in Phoenix at 2432 W. Peoria Ave. #1182 Phoenix AZ 85029 (We are located in building #10).
How much does it cost to get something engraved?
We have a shop rate of $60.00 per hour with a $30.00 minimum. Most jewelry items and specialties items can be engraved for $30.00. The cost will also vary depending on the product, quantity and the specific content of the engraving. For specific engraving pricing on an item, please call or email us so we can create an accurate quote.
Do you complete rush jobs?
We can complete rush jobs such as name plates or rings within a short timeframe. For rush jobs, please call 602-437-9019
Do you engrave glass?
Yes, we can laser engrave glass items, including glasses and drinkware.
Do you engrave leather?
No, we do not engrave leather products.
Can you engrave large items?
Can you engrave on curved surfaces?
Yes, depending on the item and the content of the engraving. Please call 602-437-9019 so we can discuss the engraving and the item in question.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal payments. If you are a business, we also offer net 30 terms after a credit check.
Do you accept just one piece orders?
Yes, which would fall under our minimum engraving fee and shop rate.
Do you accept large quantity orders?
Yes and we can also offer discounts on large quantity orders depending on the item and the engraving content.
